Fulham hammered the Premier League champions this afternoon, defeating a weakened Manchester United 3-0 at Craven Cottage.

United’s defensive injury crisis forced Sir Alex Ferguson to field a 3-5-2 formation, and Fulham took full advantage with Danny Murphy opening the scoring for the Cottagers, before Bobby Zamora extended their lead with a goal early in the second half. Damien Duff killed off the game with a lovely volley in the 75th minute.
